Please solve my problem can i file my father return of asst. year 2010-11 now having nil tax |

| Dear,
You cannot file reutrn of a.y. 2010-11. for filing a.y. 2010-11, last date was 31.03.2012 i.e. one year from the the date of completion of assessment year

| you can file till 31.03.2013(with in one year after end of a.y)

| No.. as the last due date for filling of IT return for A.Y. 2010-11 was 31/03/2012 (i.e. 1 year from the end of assessment year) |
