As per the income tax Act Tds on Salary is to be deducted on payment basis. Now if for a F.Y salary provision is made and no payment is made then what will be the consequences ? |

tds is to deducted on payment/credit whichever is earlier. if salary expense is not claimed by employer, then its ok. but if salary expense is claimed by the employer, the same would be disallowed since the tds provisions have not been implemented. |
