Could you explote little more your quarry, as i am understanding you want to know about income tax provisions?
if i am not wrong it is possible without indexation and considered as short term and apply provision

NO.. indexation is necessary in case of long term capital gain on sale of property.. however this benefit i.e. tax on capital gain @ 10% without indexation is available only in case of long term arising from sale of listed securities. |
