If there is any male member who has right to get some share from ancestral property and even seperate mele member with wife can creat HUF.One Male member is required.
A husband & wife cannot create new HUF. One male sibling is necessary for creating new HUF e.g by getting gift etc. Of course, a new HUF with husband and wife can get created if some share is devolved into it from higher HUF on its complete partition.
All respectables, as yet i am not able to get one opinion so please give me references for your answer so that i will be able to find exactly the right answer
