No, you have show it yearly while filing your IT Return.

No you will have to show interest on fixed deposit in the year in which it is provided to you.so collect interest certificate from bank and pay tax upon it.

No Please .... you have calculate the yearly interest and consider the same in each ITR...Suppose your FD is for 3 years. So for each year you have to calculate the interest amount and show as interest income in the income tax return.
