Medical Reimbursement upto Rs.1250, is a exemption in income tax not a deduction, it's depends on company policy if in employee CTC mentioned medical reimbursement then employee take exempted reimbursement upto Rs.1250 monthly or 15000 p.a,above the said limit it will taxable in employee hands |

Dear Mr. Nitish, In Income Tax Act, no where is mentioned the monthly limit so why not we claim monthly medical reimbursement by Rs 1250/- (i.e. 15000 p.a.) as per company policy...???? |
