Is professional tax applicable in West Bengal if Business is established & working in rajasthan But our registered office at west bengal. |

| No, Professional Tax applicability doesn't depends on their registered office.

| dear rahul ,, as per my observations proff. tax has nothing to do with location of head office ,,it will be applicable on the place where Eee. works |
