Up to what time can i claim my refund. i.e. is there any time limit to claim the refund? If we do not claim the refund whether my right to claim lases? |

| to claim refund you have to file income tax refund , otherwise you will not be able to get refund.

| for refund claim, application in form no-30 will be made within one year from the end of relevent assessment year. however AO may condone the delay on marit of case.
