Please Help: Remittance of Salary Outside India

Dear Sir, My company has to make a payment of bonus to our foreign director and the bonus is in the nature of salary. The payment is to be made outside India. So, can you please guide that in 15CA what should be the nature of remittance. Thanks in Advance. Regards

Nature of remittance should be salary .TDS has been deducted & the deposited under section 192.
