I have filed my return electronically and furnished the signed copy of acknowledgment to the CPC. However, I have received a letter from CPC that said copy of acknowledgement had not been received. Since time-limit to resend the acknowledgement already expired, whether it will be deemed that I have not filed the return? |

| Again send the copy, that will be accepted.

| dont worry. contact CPC helpline no and discuss the same. and resend the signed copy as others have suggested. |

| Yes, it will be considered as if not filed, you have two options 1. wait for CPC to extend the date of receiving ITR V at bangluru 2. File manual return for that financial year, and intimate the same to the concerned jurisdictional officer. |
