A person who have two pan card but he want to surrender one pan card.what is the procedure for a surrender additonal pan card |

| A person can surrender duplicate pan by filling up details of duplicate pan online at http://incometax.sparshindia.com/pan/newPAN.asp |

| Fill form "Request For New PAN Card Or/ And Changes Or Correction in PAN Data", mention of PAN No to surrender in item 11 of this form and submit it. |
