A state govt. secondary school have to file a TDS return. DDO have no knowledge about PAN of School. whether PAN mandatory. If yes how can we get PAN of School |

| Dear Sunil, at the space of PAN, just write down PANNOTREQD.

| YOU CAN ALSO USE THE FACILITY OF KNOW YOUR TAN AT WWW.INCOMETAXINDIAEFILING.GOV.IN TO KNOW TAN DETAILS, IF PAN NO. IS FILLED AT THE TIME OF TAN APPLICATION , IT WILL REFLECT THERE |
