Is Payment made to Goods Transport Labour Unions for Hamali or Labour charges attract the TDS liability to Payer? |

| I think it may be treated as service charges. Hence TDS liability will arise for the payer.

| If payer paying labour charges because of any contractual works then definitly will be deducted otherwise it shuold not be to the extent of my knowledge
