Whether TDS on payment of professional fee is deductible on gross amount (fees+service tax) or on professional fee only? |

| As per section 194J of incometax act tds is deducted on gross amount includinf service tax

| As per Section 194J of Income Tax Act TDS is applicable on Gross Amount including of Service Tax. |
