Whether TDS is to be deducted on web hosting charges |

| Dear Friend,
TDS needs to be deducted on payments made on account of web hosting charges under section 194J @10%. provided the total aggregate payments made during the financial year exceeds Rs 30,000

| Yes as rightly said by Ashish Ji, it will be deducted @ 10% under section 194J |
