Whether the penalty or fine paid to customs dept are allowable expenses? Also whether Additional scustoms duty paid is allowed or not?

| NO, PENALTY (OR FINE) PAID TO CUSTOM DEPT. IS NOT AN ALLOWABLE EXP. IN INCOME TAX. BUT, ADDITIONAL CUSTOM DUTY IS ALLOWED.
