Please Help: Tax exemption form for receiving interest on FDR by housing society without deduction of tax.

We as a CHS have invested our funds in FDR of Nationalised Bank. Are there Form similar to 15G/15H which can be submitted to Bank for not deducting TDS.

Please Help: Tax exemption form for receiving interest on FDR by housing society without deduction of tax.
