Diffirence between TDS and TCS? |

| In TDS tax has to be deducted by the person making the payment. Where as in TCS tax has to be collected by the seller when sold some specified goods like liquor

| ESI Stands for Employee insurance act..Every State imposes an Obligation on employee to pay a Definite Amount On this Fund which will be repayble at the tenure of employment. |
