| Sir, The problem which u r facing is very genuine to all, the remidy which we use in our office for our clients is that, we just post aur changed address letter with a proof of same via registered post & submit the same to CIT which is a valid proof for us & ask the ITO of Kolkatta to send a mail from kolkatta to delhi ITO to transfer the case to kolkatta.
