hi, i sold the my agriculture land situated in rural area which is out of the coverage of municiplaty area (means not covered under the definiation of capital assets )but i want to know that Is can i show my receipts from sale of land in my ITR if yes then under which section and if no then under which sec. it is exempt from tax. plz tell me specific section for this exemption.
AND also tell me the list of assets which are exempt from short/ long term capital gain... |
