i hav filed return on 25/7/11 for assessment year 2011-12 but i cud not sent signed acknowledgment to banglore within 120 days, then how i can refile return? |

| Yes you can refile it.

| Please check your login again, if it is reflecting you return then send it immediately otherwise file your return as you did earlier (i.e. Original return) but it will treat as belated return |

| but original return will be invalid as acknowledgement not recd. within 120 days, so won't refiled return be invalid as original got invalid?? |
