i hv file d income tax return for a.y2007-08 and onward in current period in case of co. but return is not upload , it shows a error that v can't file return as per sec 12 of i.tax act. so i want to regularise the company return, so pls tell me wt is d procedure for it. |

| I have to file the income tax return of Pvt Ltd.company for the A.Y.2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10. i am trying to upload the said return at income tax site, but i m getting a error massage" sorry can not file income tax return as per sec.12 of income tax act" Now please tell me the procedure for filling the income tax return. |
