one of our client is providingsoftware services to acompany based in u.s.a. all the billing is only to that party.hoeever directors and shareholders of both the co are different.whether the provisions of transfer pricing will be applicableto our client. |

| Dear Sunil, answer to your question will depend on whether the USA co is an associated enterprise of Indian co, if yes then transfer pricing is applicable or else no. |
