is it mandatory to file form 29b in case of every company not falling within the scope of sec 44AB. and is it mandatory to file form 29b in case of a company liable for tax audit. |

| Filing of Form 29B u/s 115JB of the I.T. Act is independent of the requirement of tax audit u/s 44AB of the Act. Filing of Form 29B is mandatory for those companies which are required to pay Minimum Alternate Tax (MAT) u/s 115JB. |
