our co. purchased a hotel on lease in H.P., but in the lease deed our co. has mentioned a lessee who is not the owner of the hotel, he is just the employee of the co.
the idea behind was that that employee basically belongs to H.P so in the lease deed he is mentioned as lessee.
now there is a problem is that we want to register our hotel in the company's name but tourism dept said that hotel will be registered in the name of the lesee, and they said if we want to register hotel under co name then show lessee as the director of the co.
Is there any solution by which we can register our hotel under co. name and also we need not to appoint lessee as the director of the co?

If we appoint lesee as the director of the co, how we can restrict his rights on the hotel, plz guide me |
