| Notice u/s 245 is for - Adjustment of Refund with any outstanding demand in respect of earlier returns.
Regarding TDS Mismatch -Refer your 26 AS form & Check Whether your TDS is deposited by the parties, who deducted it.

| If the TDS Shown in 26AS , contact your Concern Assessing Officer and get the credit of TDS.
