salary receive in foreign currency for service provide in india salary convert currency exchange rate monthly or yearly. exchange rate apply increase or decrease tax liability affect them employees make the taxable person in salary head so whats the treatment in this case.

As per my opinion u have to convert your monthly salary on the basis of exchange rate available on the date of salary credited in your bank account.
