Dear Friends i have a query regarding the cenvat credit paid on handling charges on port at the time of export.
Please clarify me whether we are eligible to take the credit of service tax paid on handling charges at the time of export.
please do that with the proper supporting or relevant base because in my opinion the credit can be availed but i don't have the base for that.
On the other hand my boss is somewhat differ from my opinion although he also does n't have any base.
So, my dear friends please reply at the earliest....... |
