Experts, I'm in a real estate co. and submitted the serv. tax return for Oct-Mar'2011 on 25.4.11 duly under protest with some errors. So what is the last date to revised it & under which rule? plz help me........ |

| You may revised your return within 90 days from the date of submitting the original return. The applicable rule is Rule 7A of service tax rules 1994.
