The bill period is 20.03.2012 to 19.04.2012 and bill date is 28.03.2011, then in this case at what rate service tax is to be levied. |

| Hi Ashish, service tax rate would be applicable 10.3% . bcz servie period is irrelevent only bill date is relevent. |
