Hello friends ,
i want to the applicability of the service tax on one of my client who is receiving service from outside and rendering the same service outside india? |

| Dear, first of all check the service which your client is providing is taxable or not and then check whether the service is provided out side the taxable territory.

| Export od service is though exempt from service tax, but the exact nature of service provided will help to understand the question better

Your Query is a little vague u need to tell whether the service from outside is brought into india and then the same same s rendered o/s india.. or its is received and renderd o.s india completly |
