My labour contractors are individuals and unregistered under ST Act, therefore not charging ST in their invoices, therefore I want to know whether we will be covered under reverse charges mechanism and whether we will be eligible to get cenvat credit of ST paid under reverse charge mechanism as we as a private limited company issuing the invoice after using the abatement of 60%. |
