Please Help: Service tax return

I have submitted service tax return of a client on 28.04.2016 but copy of return is not available till now. While checking its status online it is not showing under submitted ST3 returns

First check xml status if xml status if "filed" the go to view ST3 return and select period of return as oct 15 to march 16.
