| Dear Gaurav,
HUF shall make the payment of service tax by 5/6th(if electronically)of the month immediately following the calender month in which the service is deemed to be provided as per the rules framed in this regard. However, in respect of services deemed to be provided in the month of March service tax shall be paid by 31st March, 2011. [ Ref Section 68 0f Finance Act, 1994 read with Rule 6 of service Tax Rules, 1994].
