should we study the general provisions also in service tax other than services prescribed by icai ?? |

| Dear Mridul,
You should study only the provisions including taxable services prescribed by ICAI as syllabus. However, it is advisable to have a brief knowledge about the excluded services, as ICAI has a history of giving surprises in exams.
