| Dear Rahul,
The person whose WCT-TDS is deducted can be claimed/adjusted by him against his tax liablility.
Hope the above suffice. Further, you are requested to mention the state while raising query so that the same can be supported with legal provisions.

As per my understanding i thing you want to know about the claim credit of WCT from your tax, if this is your query than the answer is NO, as WCT can not be set off against other Tax penalties like Service Tax, |
