principal is not signing the form 109 (form for transfer) even in first year of articleship. Is the article assistant is compelled to complete his/her articleship with his/her existing principal. |

| with out the consent of your principal its not possible to transfer your articleship.

| for transfer of artclleship from one firm to another the consent of principal must required.so you must have to obtain the consent of principal for transfer.
