Sir,
My articleship has been completed on 22/11/2011 and my principal have filed 763 no. of days leave in form 108. My articleship was commenced form 21/05/2008. Please let me know how much period of my articleship extended.
Articleship Commenced from 21/05/2008 to 21/11/2011
Leave : 763 days
Please Reply its urgent

| Your leave will be count as 763 days- 6 months (already extended training and served by you)- 137 days (allowed for leaves)= Approx 535 days.
So long period still to serve as training by you.

| Your Articleship period is 1279 Days, 1/6th period is taken as leave. It comes to 213 Days... Leave in your case is 763 Days...
Excess leave period to be served is 550 Days.........

| Dear as per institute's rules we should complete 3.5 years article-ship period. In which we get 1/7th part of total period. It means available leave 6 Months.
In your case, you completed your article-ship on 21-11-11 and your principal shown 763 days leaves in your 108 form.
As per my calculation your extended article-ship is up-to 23rd June 2013 only if you join or continue from very next day 23-11-2011.
