Sir i have Completed b.com from B.A.M.U.Aurangabad maharastra but the papers are of 70 marks and 30 marks for practical so i want to take admission to ipcc so i am eligible for the admission |

Dear Rahul,
Yes, you are eligible for the CPT exemption i.e. you can get admission in IPCC as the notification talks about the paper of 100 marks. In other words, the said notification does not talks about bifurcation between theoretical and practical marks.
It may be noted that the above answer is given on the premise that the paper is of 100 marks and thereafter 100 marks is divided in to 70 marks of theoretical and 30 marks of practical.

I am agree with ashish ji, but one more thing to be taken into mind while talking on the said topic i.e. the exemption will be available only when you have done graduation with (in aggregate) a minimum of 55% marks (for commerce)......
