Please Help: Is My Exemption Valid?

Hi everyone, My query is, I have applied for CA-Final 1st group exam. Suppose I am present in all 4 subjects and I got zero (0) marks in 3 subjects and 60+ marks in one subject. Then will the exemption be valid?
