Is there any limit for a CA (having Firm) to join the Article Assistants ? |

| It depends upon the number of CAs.

| Yes, a fellow member with three year exp can keep 1 trainee, with 5 year exp can keep 3 trainee, with 10 year exp can keep 7 trainee and above 10 exp can keep 10 trainee.

| (i) An associate or fellow in continuous practice for a period upto 3 years-------1
(ii) An associate or fellow in continuous practice for any period from 3 years to 5 years-----3
(iii) An associate or fellow in continuous practice for any period from 5 years to10 years----7
(iv) An associate or fellow in continuous practice for any period from 10 years-----10
(Applicable to members practising the profession of chartered accountants in his individual name or as proprietor or as partner).

| No but if its a Single CA running there limit for 6 articles . |
