If a company having turnover of more than 1 crore in preceeding PY, it is necessary for that company to have tax audit even if turnover is less than Rs 1 crore in current year? |

| Tax Audit is applicable only if the total sales,gross turnover or receipt in the previous year (current year)exceeds Rs. 1 crore in the case of person carrying on business and Rs. 25 lakh in the case of person carrying on profession. In your case Tax Audit is not applicable.
