in how much time an article can take transfer from his present employer from the date of joining...... |

| Dear Arya,
A article can take transfer without any restriction during the 1st year of training. However, for the rest of the training period he has to satisfy the restriction/conditions imposed by the ICAI. [ Refer Regulation 56 (1) of Chartered Accountnat Regulations, 1988 read with announcement dated 30th June, 2011].

| an article can take transfer within 1 year of articleship and after that it is restricted to a confident reason, but he can take transfer by way of secondment of 6 months each for two times in his/her articleship period.
