Please Help: cancellation of form 112 ( permission for other course)urgent

as regarding my earlier suery i asked to icai and they rep. that i have to send an application for cancellation for form 112 signed by the employer and proof of cancellation of that course (b.com)
but i had not any proof
as it is too late for cancellation of b.com
pls. suggest what should i do?

| Dear Arya Pal, as i have answered on your last query that proof of cancellation of the b.com. course like T.C. or written proof from the college principal signed originally by him/her as well as an undertaking for cancellation of form 112 signed by your employer will have to be sent to the ICAI bby you with the application written by you regarding it....... hope the above answer will help you more than required........

| Dear Arya, it is must to get a certificate about cancellation from the principal or vice principal of the college by either way for an evidence to ICAI to cancel your form 112 on such behalf...... without producing such certificate ICAI won't cancel that form 112.......
