| You can transfer only with the consent of Your principal.

| As per the training guide transfer of articled assistant is possible under the ground of non-payment of stipend. But still u hane to get prior permission of ICAI, and then get an NOC fron the principal. Then you can apply for transfer.

| As per rule of ICAI if you are not getting Stipend for more then 6 months the you apply for transfer
