is it mandatory to complete 15 month's CS training,if the person had already completed 3yrs CA Training............

| Yes to get membership no. it is compulsory to undergo 15 months training.

| Dear Ratish,
The training is mandatory if a person wants to practice as a Company Secretary. However, if you do not want to do training, you can enroll as a licentiate member of ICSI. |
