If I want to transfer goods to my branch office at Orissa from cg I should do it at cost or mrp. Whereas the price is the goods at Orissa is 30% less then the market price at chhatisgarh. If I sell at chhattisgarh for rs 145 the selling price at Orissa is 102. I want to do intertransfer at 102 rs. Plz suggest vat / CST implication. |

| Dear Nikita, you can transfer if rs 102 is higher than cost or purchase price of goods easily and vat will be charged on further sale at branch, and except 2%cst/vat on purchase,credit may be available for payment of vat at the time of further sale in market.But there will be no implications of vat or cst at the time of branch transfer.
