Please Help: DVAT

Dear Experts, One of my Client has faced survey under DVAT and they have taken a cheque from the client and said pay the tax and get back this cheque from us. My question is how we have to pay the tax by using simple Challan DVAT 20 or any other specific challan is required for the same. Thanks
