Per KVAT Act, 2003, can the Dealer in Karnataka manufacturing and selling the RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) claim the Input Tax Credit against Out Put Tax on purchase of following capital goods i.e. RMC Transit Mixer Vehicle (TMV).
· RH Concrete Mixer-Bonfix/Eato (Drum)
and
· Ashok Leyland 2518 H3/4C RMC 6X4-3810 MM(150’) WB Chasis fitted with Diesel engine
