Dear Sir,
My query is that after death of the Proprietor (also have U.P VAT registration),can his business transfer to his son name (total son is two).if yes, what procedure.
Bank A/c of his business also transfer/change.
Is any requirement in the income tax Act.
Any other procedure for solve my quary |
